What does an Area Manager do?As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, there is a strong focus on ensuring that your employees are happy and that you deliver world-class customer service. You will work to create profitable growth together with your employees in the area, and you excel at including everyone in the common goals. To ensure that employees thrive in the long term, you always work ahead and make sure that the next day's schedule is always 100% functional. Something that cannot be predicted is, of course, questions and incidents during the day from employees/customers, and there the Area Manager is flexible, efficient, and solution-oriented. Additionally, the Area Manager is skilled at bringing new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments. You lead and delegate work for the employees in your team, and your responsibilities include resource planning, follow-up, and development of your employees.

In addition, we would like you to be business-driven and goal-oriented to continue developing Hemfrid. You focus on both employees and customers and are therefore attentive, flexible, and service-oriented. To summarize, we see that you have:Previous experience or interest in leadership and management
Previous experience from a broad role with a fast pace and many different tasks
Previous experience working with B2C and/or B2B operations
Driving license (B)
You are passionate about providing good service
You are proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented while also having a good ability to collaborate.
You are driven by working towards goals and thrive in an organization with performance tracking and growth
You speak, understand, and write good Swedish and English
You enjoy working in various digital systems and easily acquire new system knowledge
